Thank you for shopping at Komeyskin. If you’re not completely satisfied or need a repair, we’re here to assist you.

Warranty Period

We offer a one-year limited warranty for new products from the date of purchase, with an additional six-month warranty if registered within the first year. Warranty covers products purchased directly from our website (komeyskin.com).

Warranty Forfeiture

The warranty is void if:

  • Products are labeled “sample” or “Not for Sale.”
  • Serial tags, stickers, or trademarks are tampered with.
  • Products are disassembled, mishandled, or used incorrectly.
  • Damage results from accidents or unauthorized service.
  • The warranty is non-transferable.
  • Liquids, gels, creams, and membranes are final sale.

Return Policy

a) Unwanted Products:

  • Return within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. Shipping fees are your responsibility.
  • Product must be in original packaging, include all accessories, and be free from damage.

b) Non-Manmade Defective Products:

  • Return within 30 days for a full refund or replacement with shipping covered by us.
  • After 30 days and within 1 year, return for replacement or repair with shipping fees on your end.
  • After 1 year and within 2 years, you cover all shipping and repair costs.

c) Manmade Defective Products:

  • No refunds. Replacement or repair is available within the warranty period, but you cover all fees.

d) How to Return:

  1. Contact us with your order number.
  2. Receive an RMA number.
  3. Pack items securely and ship.

Refunds are credited within 7-15 business days.

e) Shipping in Return Process:

  • Use a traceable carrier for return shipping. We are not responsible for loss or damage during transit.
  • International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.

Upgrade or Exchange Policy

We may offer substitutions or upgrades if the same model is out of stock and the product is within the warranty period.

Important Note: Orders that are processed, on hold, or shipped cannot be canceled. If you refuse delivery, original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
