Refund Policy

Returns

Want to return or exchange your item? No problem! If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you have 60 days to return your item(s). To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds:
Refunds typically take up to 5 working days to appear in your account. However, some payment providers may take up to 14 days. If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@komeyskin.com.

Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at info@komeyskin.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver first, we will send the refund to the gift giver, who will be notified about your return.

Shipping

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@komeyskin.com. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Delivery times for exchanges may vary based on your location.

For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@komeyskin.com. However, due to the quick turnaround in our warehouse, cancellations are not always possible.
