Return Due to Change of Mind

Komeyskin gladly accepts returns due to change of mind if the request is made within 30 days of receiving the item. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and customers must arrange their own shipping.

Once we receive and accept your return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method or provided as store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you via email once the process is complete.

Warranty Returns

Komeyskin honors valid warranty claims submitted within 30 days of receiving the item. Upon receiving the items for a warranty claim, we will process the claim within 7 days.

Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you can choose from the following options: (a) A refund to your original payment method (b) Store credit (c) A replacement item (if stock is available)
