Is the machine complicated to set up properly and use?

The machine is simple to use with pre-sets and treatment protocol for each function. All the presets are just recommendation from factory, and you can also setup parameters as you prefer.

How to manipulate the Frequency and Energy to get the best results?

Suggestion 1: 10Hz Frequency, 150mj Energy, 1000~1500 shots per session, 3~4 sessions as a course, 3~4 days sessions interval.

Suggestion 2: No fixed Frequency or Energy, setup the parameters based on patients’ tolerance to the shock intensity and your handpiece pressing intensity. 5 sessions as a course and 3 days as sessions interval. Treat twice for each session and 2000 shots each time.

What is ESWT?

How does ESWT work?

• Through a process called cavitation, ESWT stimulates fibroblast and tenocyte production. Fibroblast or tenocyte cells make up your body’s connective tissues, such as tendons and the fascia.

• The procedure can break down pathological calcification deposits (also known as a spur). Depending upon your condition this may or may not be the goal, but an interesting by-product. In all cases, ESWT is targeted at the condition that caused the spur, not the spur itself.
